Nourhan Visits The House of Commons

On Wednesday 4th June, Nourhan (one of our Young People’s Team Members), joined four other young individuals in presenting personal experiences, along with those of our Croydon community at the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Youth Affairs. Her voice, alongside others, resonated powerfully, contributing to an important discussion.
We are immensely proud of her and deeply appreciative of the unwavering support from her fellow YPT members.

“I want to show that people in power should take more care in advocating for the future of this country. People suffering with mental health shouldn’t have to take drastic measures for Parliament to finally do something about this. The fact that this government is letting their young people down is astounding. This should be a continuous movement and effort that will help the youth of today and tomorrow.”
