croydon drop in - support for young people and families (cdi) was registered as a charity in 1977 and opened to young people in 1978, (cdi’s trading name is croydon youth information and counselling service ltd – cyics).

As an independent Voluntary Sector Organisation, CDI has grown and developed to meet the changing needs of young people and families. There has been a significant increase in the need and demand for our services, and as such CDI has changed and adapted to these needs to ensure that resources are utilised efficiently and effectively to bring about better outcomes for those seeking our support.

Each year we hold an agency residential where we reflect on the past year and work on a programme of development that will support a service that continually strives forward.  In the picture on the right we have a Fantasitcat ! exercise which individuals placed post it notes on using words that described how they felt about Drop In.
